Nutrimeal (RM128/bag) or Essentials (RM194/set) It has been long time since I update about Usana. As I mentioned in one of my post, I stop taking Essentials during my first trimester and now am consuming it back (for about a week now)Â :) and of course after consulting my obgyn. She said not a problem at all to consume Essentials during pregnancy! [...] Baru perasan rupanya entry yang dikarang dari Terengganu rupanya berada dalam “Draft” queue. Sejuk [...] Hooyyeeeaaaahhhhh. I’ve finally made it! Joining “Penol‘s family”. ehe. Eceh… macam dah accomplish apa je. hihi. It took me quite sometime juga nak membeli dan seterusnya menjadi ahli ni – tanya lah Penol. Nasib lah Penol ni sabar orang nya… hihii. Berapa banyak soalan tah tanya kat dia. Thanks, ye Penol!
